The Story
How one naturopathic practitioner decided that “that’s just menopause” was not an answer she was willing to keep giving women.

Founder, Menopause Harmony™
I’m Sher Kenley — also known as The Celtic Naturopath™ — a naturopathic practitioner, nutritional consultant, herbalist, and menopause wellness specialist.
My work has always begun from one belief: a woman’s body is not malfunctioning during menopause. It is communicating. Symptoms are not random inconveniences to be silenced — they are pieces of a larger story asking to be understood.
In my naturopathic practice, I kept seeing the same thing, visit after visit. Bright, capable women would arrive carrying a long list of symptoms and a quiet exhaustion that had nothing to do with sleep. They had been handed a diagnosis, a shrug, and a prescription — then left to piece the rest of their transition together alone, between appointments, in the middle of their lives.
What frustrated me most was not that the system was busy. It was that the system was looking at menopause as a problem to be managed, rather than a conversation to be understood.
My naturopathic menopause methodology doesn’t isolate a single symptom and chase it. It steps back and looks at the whole woman — symptoms, patterns, nutrition, lifestyle, herbal wellness, and the individual story behind all of it.
Instead of asking “how do we make this symptom stop,” I was trained to ask “what is this symptom telling us — and what else is connected to it?” Hot flashes, brain fog, sleep disruption, mood changes, weight shifts — these are rarely isolated events. They are threads. Pull one, and the whole picture begins to move.
That perspective shaped how I worked with women in practice: slow down, connect the dots, organize the information, and let the body’s signals guide the next step rather than overwhelming the woman with every option at once.
Women were doing the heavy lifting themselves. They were becoming their own researchers, their own symptom trackers, their own supplement curators, their own nutritionists — trying to hold dozens of moving pieces while also holding down jobs, families, relationships, and identities.
What was missing was not more information. There is plenty of information. What was missing was a place where all of it came together — where a woman’s symptoms, patterns, questions, and choices lived side by side, and where someone (or something) was helping her connect them rather than adding to the pile.
I kept thinking: there should be a home base for this. Not a chatbot that repeats the same generic answers. Not another isolated tracker that tells you what you already know. A complete ecosystem that holds the whole picture with her.
Menopause Harmony™ was built to be that home base — a complete menopause wellness ecosystem rather than simply another symptom-tracking app.
A tracker can tell you what happened. An ecosystem helps you understand why. That distinction matters. A woman in the middle of menopause doesn’t need one more place that only records her symptoms and hands them back to her. She needs a place that helps her see the relationships between them — between food and mood, sleep and cognition, stress and hot flashes, movement and energy — and that gives her a structure for acting on what she finds.
So I set out to build the platform I wished every woman who ever sat across from me could have had access to: education-first, personalized, and organized around the whole story.
I didn’t want to build another generic chatbot that simply repeats information women can find anywhere. I wanted to create a menopause-specific Guide built around the framework I use to look at the whole picture — symptoms, patterns, nutrition, lifestyle, herbal wellness, health information, and the individual woman behind the symptoms.
Harmony Guide™ is the digital expression of that approach. It helps organize information, surface patterns, and make the menopause journey easier to understand and navigate — so a woman is never left to connect every dot entirely on her own. It is a digital wellness companion, not a substitute for a practitioner, and never a medical prescription or diagnostic tool.
Menopause Harmony™ was never meant to replace the relationship between a woman and her practitioner. It was meant to strengthen it.
When a woman arrives at a visit with her information organized, her patterns surfaced, and her questions ready, that relationship has a chance to actually go somewhere. The ecosystem does the heavy lifting of organizing and surfacing — so the human conversation, when it happens, can be about the things that matter.
Harmony Guide™ is a digital wellness companion built around my naturopathic methodology. It is intentionally distinct from human naturopathic support — a companion that helps a woman navigate between visits, understand what she is noticing, and feel less alone in the in-between.
The Philosophy
“Your body is talking. It’s time to understand the conversation.”
That single idea is the heartbeat of everything inside Menopause Harmony™. Not every symptom needs a fix. Some need a listener. Menopause Harmony™ was built to be that listener — and to help every woman become one for her own body.
